disabling the Relink document view

I have a form that I want everyone to be able to submit. I want a management
group to be able to view and edit all submitted forms, and i want normal
users to be able to view and edit their own forms only. I can accomplish
most of this by adjusting views. But if I give normal users the "edit"
permission they are allowed to choose the "Relink Document" view, which in
turn allows them to open other users' submitted forms. The "Relink document"
view option goes away if the users dont have edit access, but they need to be
able to adjust their submitted forms. How can I disable, edit, or work
around the relink document feature?

I'v couldnt figure it out also - but then i just added at function to the form library under settings. "Approve".

When document are not approved -they are only visible to you and the owner of the posted form. You add users and give them approvement rights. I don't know if it's the right thing to do but so fare it worked for me
