Disappearing contacts

I have Outlook 2003 connected to our Exchange server, and some of my
contacts are just disappearing, any ideas - I also had a load of
contacts appear from no where too!

Yes it is cached mode.

Yes it is cached mode.

DIsable cached mode once and see if that makes a difference.
