Disappearing custom properties

I am making a Word form with information for _AdHocReviewCycleID and
_EmailSubject in the custom properties so that the Reply With Changes button
appears and the user can e-mail the completed form using that button. The
form works great from nmy desktop, but when I e-mail it to someone else, all
the custome properties disappear. Any ideas on how to keep that from
happening?

That's pretty interesting - normally, you have to work pretty hard to delete
all of that MetaData. The only think I can think of is that either on your
side or the receiver's side, there might be an auto macro somewhere that is
deleting the MetaData (usually done for security purposes). I suggest you
query your IT dept. to see if that is something they set up.
