Disappearing Folders in Outlook 2007

I was clearing out my Inbox, moving messages to sub-folders in my Personal
Folders. I swtiched to IE and then switch backed to Outlook to find one of my
folders had disappeared.

It isn't in the Deleted Items and when I search for messages if says they
are in the folder that I can't see.

Can anyone help please?
