As a Document Control person, I routinely create online
forms for others to fill out using Word. To my knowledge,
all of the computers on the network are using Word 2000.
However, they all aren't using the same version of Windows.
The problem is, when I create a form containing
checkboxes, protect it as a form, and save it to the
network, it works fine for me but not for anyone else.
When anyone else clicks on the checkbox, it disappears.
Actually, there have been a few instances where this has
happened to me, as well.
Does anyone have any idea what is going on and what I can
do to fix the problem? I hate to think that I have to go
to Acrobat to make all of my forms.
Thanks.
