I'm using Outlook 2003 with Word 2003 as my e-mail editor. The format
painter isn't included on the toolbar as standard, but can obviously be added
by customizing the toolbar. As long as Outlook is open this is fine. Close
Outlook and reopen it, however, and the format painter's gone, as have any
other toolbar modifications. Is there a way of forcing it to remember the
customizations?
