Disappearing header

I have a document divided into 3 sections. The first two section headers are
fine, but the third has disappeared. I cannot even get the dotted header
section box to appear. I have tried multiple things but nothing seems to
work, any suggestions?

When you can't even see the header pane, it's time to think document
