disappearing offline foilder indicator

Outlook XP no longer has a different icon for offline folders.

Outlook 2000 used to have a small blue mark on the folder icon (the same as
used by Windows Explorer to denote offline windows folders)

any ideas on how to get it back in Outlook 2002?
