Disappearing Outlook ??

Starting today, I've noticed some strange behavior from
Outlook 2003. After opening the program, if it is
inactive for a few minutes, it disappears from the task
bar at the bottom of the screen?

Any ideas?

The only new program added is the new Beta Yahoo
Messenger.

If you remove the beta, does the icon return? Do you have your taskbar set to hide inactive icons?
