disappearing text

this i'm sure, soundz rediculous, however, i am losing text on docz. no
if i have a single page doc and go to double space it, the text that i
pushed off the page not only getz lost but won't come up on a printe
copy niether. itz not being transfered to a second page either. this i
a bit agrivating! i don't use word that much so my knowledge of this i
sketchy at best. any help would be appreciated

In addition to Suzanne's suggestion, here's another: Are you perhaps typing
inside an object whose width is fixed, such as a table cell, a text box or a
frame? Note that for frames, text boxes and wrapped tables, even if their
height is set to adjust according to their contents, Word won't allow them
to grow onto the next page.
