Disappearing Text

I have a user who is receiving emails periodically that appear blank. The
color of the text is such that you can not see it unless you highlight the
page, then you can see the outline and read it. A test email was sent to
myself and this user and if appears fine on my machine, in black font. On
the other machine it looks invisible. Has anyone ever seen this or know what
setting needs to be changed to get rid of this?

Since they appear fine on your computer then the first thing to check
is the Windows Display Properties even though you may not see the same
issue for other applications. Try setting the appearance or theme back
to the Windows default and see if that resolves the problem.
