Disappearing Top Margin

I was trying to undo a step while working on a document by using the
Control+Z button. However, I must have pressed something else because
suddenly the top portion of my document disappeared. The interesting thing
is that I can see it if I go to Print Preview, if I view my Header, or just
print the document. So, the top portion (about 1-2 inches) is there, but the
computer won't let me see it under normal view. Now, whenever I open a new
Word document, the top portion of the page is not visible...again, it is only
visible under Print Preview, if I view my Header, or print out the document.
Any ideas?

Any help would be appreciated!
