Disassociate drawing from template?

Hi

I have a drawing that someone made in Visio 2003, and each time it
opens, the Cross-functional Flowchart dialog box opens asking whether I
want Vertical or Horizontal bands. I've now heavily altered the original
drawing and made it a vst template, but the dialog still keeps popping
up whenever I open it.

How do I stop this dialog from opening? Is it like MS Word where you can
remove a doc from its template?

Chances are there is a Persistent Event that is stored in the document
triggering this. You might want to remove or disable it. There are some
