'Disconnected' error

Hello,

I'm using Exchange 2003 on a Windows 2003 Enterprise Server and having
remote connectivity problems on a Windows Vista Business client notebook
running Outlook 2007. When I'm in the office and connected to the local
domain, connectivity to my Exchange mailbox using Outlook 2007 is fine.
However when I'm connected remotely via VPN using a broadband line, Outlook
is offline and stats 'disconnected'.
My Outlook profile is setup as 'cached Exchange mode' and have started
having this issue on my notebook once I upgraded it from Windows XP to Vista.
I have already tried the resolutions on MS KB 904946 & KB 913843 but no
change.
Please assist.
