Disconnecting from Server - Outllook 2002

I have high-speed internet with Rogers Cable. My Outlook
keeps disconnecting from the Server. I have kept Microsoft
Office Professional Edition 2002 updated and it includes
Outlook. I tried Microsoft Office 2003 as a demo and I
never had this problem.

When it disconnects, I double-click on Send/Receive and
Outlook connects to the Server immediately. If it is idle
for a short time it disconnects again. I have called Rogers
Cable and they told me that it is not their problem and
they only support Outlook Express. They told me that it was
a software problem.

Would any of you have a solution? Thanks.
