Discussion board forum options ??

I have a discussion web on one of my websites but the format it appears in
is confusing !! www.migo.org.uk
Is there anyway you can have the questions visible and not see the reply's
without firstly selecting the question ??
Members of our group are not using the forum due to the board layout looking
so poor !!

Any help would be good
