discussion form question (url example provided now)

i would like to have my discussion always stay in this table on my page..
www.wearecolumbia.com if u click on the link for any of the posts u will be
taken to a plain white page. is there any way to keep EVERYTHING (even new
posts) always inside this table so the appearance of my webpage stays the
same, and the only thing changing is the discussion form INSIDE the table!!?
Please help- ill admit it, im a bigtime newbie :(

The DW should be a separate subweb and will auto generate pages
- it can not be "page" based
You could create a frame set site and run the subweb in one of the frames

The USER self registration only works on UNIX servers for access to a subweb w/ unique permissions (controlled by the registration
page)
