Discussion Paper on Access

A couple of months ago I read online an excellent white paper /
presentation which put forward compelling arguments for using Access
as a business application. It discussed matters particularly in favour
of TCO and ROI etc. It was written in a style that made it an
excellent resource for supporting any proposition to introduce or
retain Access in a business. Do you think I can find that article
again? I'm not sure I found it through this group of as a link in an
Access web site.

Any pointer appreciated
