Disk I/O error during read

Not being very knowledgeable on Access, I am not sure what to look for to
correct this error. Most of the form will allow data entry, except the last
sets of data (defects and amounts)
Any suggestion would help.

I don't think you have an Access error. I think you had better analyze your
disk. It may very well be there is a bad disk sector where your mdb is. I
would strongly suggest you do a backup now.
