"Disk or network error" occurs in Access application

I develop and use an Access application. Data are on server in file like
Data.mdb, and on client computer is application in file like App.mde.

When application is opened (because of very short breaks in network)
occasional occurs error "Disk or network error". "Disk or network error"
occurs also if network already works, but very short breaks in network occur
before.

If I wish to continue with work in application, I must first close
application, and open again.

What I would need to change in application, that in such cases (occasional
very short breaks in network) would't necessary to close and open
application again.

Access is very sensitive to this. You can't program your way out of
that problem. Rather you fix the network infrastructure, as hard as
that may be.
Or you adopt a different application platform. For example Access
running on Terminal Server, or a web-based application.
