Disorganized and need an action plan for short and long-term proje

Hello - Unfortunately I am a rather disorganized individual. I have been
given a rather substantial assignment at work in which I will the only
individual working on the project with a little back-up support. I believe I
need an action plan or "to do" list for both short-term (daily and weekly)
tasks as well as simultaneously working on long-term goals as well. I can
use any advice at all. Just FYI: I would not be considered someone who knows
how to use computer applications too well. Thank you.

If you are not computer literate, then you should probably create your Work
Breakdown Structure (WBS) the old fashioned way:
Pencil and paper.
