I'm using Windows XP with Outlook 2002. I have turned on
the feature to "Display a Notification Message When New
Mail Arrives." However, it doesn't work all the time. I
do not have any options such as "delivery" or "read
receipts" checked off and neither do the senders. I'm
trying to troubleshoot as to when the popup works and
when it doesn't, but there is absolutely no consistency.
Does anyone know a fix for this to get it to work every
time I receive a new email message?
