Display a running time (clock time) into a PowerPoint 2002 slide?

I want to have a clock timer for Start and Stop displayed on a PowerPt slide
in real time and to be continously running, rather than just updated when a
Slide Showis launched. Any ideas?

e.g. Starting time is 4:40 pm Stop "starting time" + 75 minutes!
