Display Active Printer

Where more than one printer is installed, display the active printer for each
office program (or worksheet) on its blue title bar. This would prevent many
wasted printed pages! A further helpful indicator would be an indicator to
show the printer's current orientation. Say, "P" for Portrait or an "H" for
horizontal".

1. The currently selected printers name appears if you hover over the
printer icon.
2. The "current orientation" is determined by the page setting of the
particular page you sent to the printer.

So as you can see, either already implemented or not appropriate.

Well...no...its not already implemented. Its true I was unaware of that
particular hover tip, and I guess that's useful to a point. If you actually
think to inquire as to the active printer it'll work. But that's no
substitute for a 'permanent' display in an otherwise unused area of the
screen.
"not appropriate"? I think its very appropriate, and yes, although the
orientation might vary from page to page, obviously the flag would have to
apply to the current active page. It would be an easy challenge for the
programmers to include a symbol to show that there are multiple orientations
in a file applying to pages other than the current active page.

Not implemented, and very approriate.
