display all records to filter

how can i see all values of my data in filter mode? the list displaye
are only half of the whole file, so i could not copy that data t
another column. thanks a lot for any help u can give

Are you asking about the list you see when you click on the
data|filter|autofilter dropdown arrow?

If yes, then excel will only show 1000 unique values.

If you want to extract the unique values in a column, look at
data|filter|advanced filter (check that unique records only box).
