Display Baseline 1-10 Data in PWA

We have configured P2002 to track baseline data for four
separate phases throughout the project life cycle by
utilizing the Baseline 1-4 fields. We would like to have
this data displayed in various reports within PWA, however
only the root level Baseline data can be displayed in the
Tracking/Gantt chart formats.

Has anyone figured out how to display Baseline 1-10 data
in PWA?

Unfortunately, Microsoft included no default functionality for using the
Baseline 1-10 fields. Therefore, you must create your own custom Views and
Tables to see the data. If you wish to track variance against one of these
Baseline fields, you must also create custom fields containing formulas to
calculate the variance. Hope this helps.

I have already created custom fields & equations to
capture the data for the four baseline scenarios. The
views I have in Project Center provide, in tabular form,
all the information for any one of the baseline
situations. I am looking for a way to display the data in
a tracking gantt chart at the same time. However I can
only access the root level baseline data, which we don't
use.

Is there a way to map the Custom Duration fields in PWA
gantt groupings to the custom fields I created in P2002?
I can't find any documentation on this.

Good for you on creating the custom fields and equations! You are one step
ahead in the process.

I would recommend that you make four copies of the Tracking Gantt view and
call them something like Tracking Gantt1, Tracking Gantt2, etc. Apply the
Tracking Gantt1 view and then double-click the white part of the Gantt
Chart. In the Bar Styes dialog, you will see that the definition of the
Baseline bar is created from Baseline Start to Baseline Finish. Click the
Baseline Start value and replace it with the Baseline Start1 field. Click
the Baseline Finish value and replace it with the Baseline Finish1 value.
Repeat this process for every value that uses the original Baseline set of
fields. Apply this process for each of your four Tracking Gantt views so
that each shows the correct Baseline fields. In addition, you should
probably create four custom Tables using your custom fields, and apply the
correct Table in the applicable Tracking Gantt view. Hope this helps.

Thanks for the quick response. I have created separate
views and tables in P2002 and they work great. I want to
reflect these same tables and views in PWA. I can display
the tables in PWA but only the root level baseline data
can be display in the PWA gantt chart. What I want to do
is display the gantt chart in PWA with baseline 1-4 data.

I do not believe there is any way to show the additional baseline fields in
the Gantt Chart portion of a Project Center or Project view in PWA. You can
include the columns in the table portion of the view, however. Sorry.
