Display Contact and Calendar folder

In Outlook 2003, I could see the Contact and Calendar folders in my
Outlook data and .pst files. In OL2007, I have to go to the Contacts
or Calendar tab to see the list of my Contact or Calendar folders.
The same goes for Tasks and Notes. Is there a way to replicate the
OL2003 view?

Use the Folder List view.
