Display contents in day view?

Hi,

I've set up some recurring meetings and wish to view my calendar in day
view. I need to have separate notes to show up for each meeting, but when I
edit them they no longer display on the day view. It says the contents have
changed and I need to double click it to view it. This is inconvenient.

Is there a way around that?
