J JulieD Nov 23, 2004 #2 Hi Peter you can use a FUNCTION, which will, of course, recalculate (ie tomorrow it will show tomorrow's date) =TODAY() or you can enter the date via the shortcut key combination of Ctrl & ; Control and semi-colon Cheers JulieD
