display dimension in visio

When I select a wall, right click and select Add a Dimension, nothing
happens. Why a dimension line does not appear next to the wall line?

Hi masha,

Does "Add a Guide" or "Set Display Options..." work, or are they also
broken?

I wonder if your add-ins have somehow been disabled (Tools > Trust Center)
