I received a message with like 15 JPEGs attached. Is there away to
view them inline in the message without having to open each and every
one? Also, can you enable inline images for attachments on all
messages received? I have Outlook 2003.

No, Outlook only shows pictures in-line when they were inserted in-line by
Insert-> Picture... When they were inserted as an attachment by Insert->
File... they will also be shown as attachment.

You cant view image attachements inline in outlook. I wrote to microsoft
about this. To me it is the single stupidest "feature" of outlook compared
to outlook express. I had a good old rant about graphics and visual
professionals using outlook. I'm sure they will take heed of this and
update outlook promptly ;)

In light of the fact that Outlook does not have this feature....
I would say the easiest thing to do would be to SAVE ALL attachments to a
folder on your computer (a one-step operation).
Then go to that folder and you can view them as thumbnails, or an a Film
Strip. Or if you want to see them another way user the Microsoft Picture
viewer (I think it comes with office) and then in there you can browser
through each picture in that folder using he little arrows at the bottom of
the screen.
