Display issues in frontpage

I created a website which works great on machines that the
display settings are set to 1024x768. If it is less the
full page does not show. Is there any way to set the
display for this site to show 1024 x 768 or do I need to
create the site using 800 x 600?

I use 1024 x 768 in my authoring environment.

Tho, I choose to design my graphics and layout to be totally visible in 800
x 600.

Previously, I designed in 800 x 600 but did so for a 640 x 480 audience.
Times have changed and the most users are using PC's set at either 800x600
or 1024 x 768.

This will continue to move up. But until then, I will design for 800 x 600.
But do so with my settinga at 1024 x 768 to see more tools.
