Hi,
I use English version of MS products, inc Win XP, Office
XP and 2K3 (on different machines). When I receive emails
that were written in Chinese all I got were meaningless
symbols. I checked both in Windows and Office, that
support for Chinese (Sim & Tra both) were selected.
I couldn't find any relevant postings though I would
think this would be a common issue. I personally
experienced it, which was solved by the IT dept of the
company I was working with a few years back.
Can someone please help me and point out places I need to
check to ensure the multi-lingo settings are set properly?
