Display multiple color Gantt bar in Project Center

In MS-Project, it is possible to customize the rollup task bar in the Gantt
chart to display a horizontal color stack in a summary task and in the
Project Summary Task. I have not found a way to reproduce this in the Project
Center. Is the Rollup Task bar style available in Project Server, or is there
a way to customize one of the existing Gantt chart formats to display a
horizontal stacked color bar for summary tasks?

The options available for you for Gantts in PWA are all under PWA>Server
Settings>Look and Feel>Gantt Chart Formats

If you can't do it with the available options there, I don't think it is
possible.
