How do we get all the mails in the mailboxes to be just firstname lastname
after the change. All of the existing mail before the change shows the old
display names and the new mail shows the new display names. It means when
you sort be received, you have to now look twice for the same person to make
sure you are looking at all of the mail you have received from them.
