display .pps on dual screens

Hi,

does anyone know if there is a setting to display a .pps ... not as full
screen? some users have dual screens and the .pps displays over both. I would
like the user to be able to resisze the slideshow.

Hi Jinx

I would look at the way the display settings for the multiple monitors are
set first of all as it sounds like powerpoint is not recognising there are
two monitors. I have dual monitors and can select from slide show -> set up
show where to display the show and if I want presenter view. I'm not an
expert and it will depend on your graphics card but there's a great tutorial
on multiple monitors here: http://www.pptfaq.com/FAQ00476.htm

However, yes you can resize the window - slide show -> set up show -> show
type -> browsed by an individual (window)

Hope that helps

Lucy

thanks for this.... it's a useful article. I set up the .pps for presenter
view, and this is ok - but is not as 'pretty' as the regular view. Still
working on the monitor settings... will let you know if I find the answer.
