Might not be the right forum for this, but...
A client is having problems when they try to view spreadsheets. At
first, excel would open the document and present a plain white screen
- no grid, no formula bar, no data. Many of the menu actions were
grayed out. However, I was able to open the file in Word, and view
the data that way.
I decided to reinstall Office 2000, which improved the situation, but
did not solve the problem. Now, when opening spreadsheets, I get a
grid, but no text displays in the cells (though it does show up in the
formula bar) Also, I can't adjust the column/row size.
Any thoughts or suggestions will be very welcome...at this point I'm
out of ideas.
