Hi All,
we have a customer with Office 2003 installed on a new PC running Windows
XP. It was working fine for a while, but recently whenever they open a new
Word document, even though its in print view, there are apparently no margins
around the page.. the customer states that the cursor is in the top left hand
corner of the screen, as if in the normal layout.
I talked them through checking things like page margins and sizes, as well
as zoom levels and that sort of thing, which can cause this sort of view to
occur. But I could not see an obvious difference between my setup and theirs.
The other thing is that print preview and printouts work fine, with enough
margin at the top and side of the page. We have tried deleting normal.dot but
this made no difference.
If anyone has some suggestions it would be greatly appreciated.
Cheers.
