display report from a form with subforms

hi,
i hv a form about staff informations. i include 2 subforms
a) information about child,
b) information about other dependants. i hv no problem to produce report
based on child or dependants. problems occured when i need to do a summary
report where i need to provide all information about a staff in a page.

if staff hv more than 1 child and 1 other dependants, the reports generate
correctly.
Staff : John
Child School Age
Albert St Xavier 9
Diana 3

FamilyName HelathIssues Age Relationship
Martha Diabetes 64 Mother

if staff hv more than 1 child and more than 1 dependants, my report became
messy.
it duplicates my data.even when i hide duplicates, the space between still
showed like theres an invisible data.

I used group order to design this report.pls help me.this is the only
problem im facing. i can deliver this module to human resource for thier
system.
