Display text fields to Timesheet view in web access

Max

We added succesfully new display fields (text1, text2, text3) in
Timesheet view, following the procedure "Manage views - Modify view" in
web access.

We added in the Enterprise Global file text1, text2, text3 field to the
list of published
fields by clicking Tools - Customize - Published Fields. We did the
same in the project file.

We published again the project file: the three customized fields
appeared in web access but... no data are displayed.

Thanks for help !

Every step was correct except the last one. You must click Collaborate -
Publish - Republish Assignments in each project to "push" the data to each
user's PWA timesheet. Hope this helps.

One more comment beyond Dale's input on this:

You say "We added in the Enterprise Global file text1, text2, text3 field to
the list of published fields by clicking Tools - Customize - Published
Fields."

This has absolutely no effect on current or future project plans as this
information is not stored in the Enterprise Global. The Enterprise Global is
**not** a project template. To have these fields automatically populated as
published fields in future plans, you must add them to a project template
and initiate new projects from the template. Otherwise you'll need to
repeat these steps every time you create a new project plan.
