Display Text on Mouse Event

Hi everyone,

I'm trying to create a diagram of all the servers on a network, and I would like to have a textbox displayed when I hover over a certain server or when I click on it. I do not want to use screen tip, as I want something that I can edit right away, and with the capability of taking a relatively big amount of text.
Does anyone know how to achieve this?
