display upside down how do I get it the right way up?

my display has turned itself upside down how to I get it the right way up?
Can anyone help me please? It has happened before and I know it is really
easy to sort out but I just cannot remember how

Do you have a graphics card?

If so, right click on your desktop and go to properties. next go to the
settings tab and click the advanced button. Click on the tab that has your
graphics card name on it and change the settings in those options. It is
different for each type of graphics card so I will not be able to guide you
from there but there should be a rotate or flip option.
