Display/Use hyperlink from a text box.

I have a table containing hyperlinks and have created a form to display
specific records from this table in text boxes. Everything is fine BUT the
hyperlinks do not actually work.
How can I get the hyperlinks to work when copied from the table into a text
box on a form?
Any help greatly appreciated.
