Display value from another workbook, if less than display a blank

I want to display the value of a cell from another workbook. If the cell
from the other worksheet is empty or the value is "0" then I want to display
a blank cell rather than a "0"

Use a if statement and isn't blank "<>"

Adapt the formula to your sheet name and cell ref

=IF([Book2]Sheet5!$C$7<>"",[Book2]Sheet5!$C$7,"")

=IF(OR(ISBLANK([Book2]Sheet1!$A$1),[Book2]Sheet1!$A$1=0),"",[Book2]Sheet1!$A$1)
