Display weekends in different colour

Hi,

Bit of a weird question i know, but i have had a few requests for
making the weekends in the task timesheet view show up in a different
colour.

Is there a way to do this, so when staff are entering time in the TASKS
page, weekdays will look white and weekends look say green. Users would
still be able to enter time on weekends.

I do not believe this is possible within the default settings in Project
Server. However, an alternate approach is to set up your time period
settings in PWA to show only one week at a time on each user's timesheet.
Doing so will cause the day of the week to appear along with the date in the
column headers on the timesheet, such as Sun 2 and Mon 3, making it easier
to identify those weekend days. Here's how to do that:

1. Log into PWA with administrator permissions
2. Click Admin - Customize Project Web Access
3. In the Time Periods Settings section, click the "Number of weeks
spanned" pick list button and select 1 week
4. Click the Save Changes button
