displaying a hyperlink as a hyperlink on a data access page

I created a Index Page for businesses and their email addresses and website
addresses. The information comes up, but the addresses are text -- not
hyperlinks. In the table they are hyperlinks; in the query they are
hyperlinks; in the form they are hyperlinks, but in the data access
page.....no links.

I found how to do it last week with an expression, but try as I may, I can't
find it again. Help Please!
