Displaying an image while hovering over a link.

I'd like to know if it's possible to display an image from a link in a Word
document (WIN XP). At the moment if I hover my mouse over a link (i.e.
specific to a picture/image) a small box will appear showing the path to that
picture and I must open a further window to show the image. I've come across
some websites which use this and suspect it can only be done with a specific
program(s).

Hello-

Your suspicion is correct. In order to create that type of effect you need
web/graphic design software. Despite the robust marketing effort to convince
tou otherwise, Word is neither.
