displaying check boxes beside a table when we display that table on a form

i am using ms access 2003.
i have a table with 3 fields. i want to display the table along with
a
check box beside to each row dynamically in a form using vb6 code.
The
number of rows displayed on the form, that number of check boxes has
to be
created dynamically beside to each row(one check box per one row)

how can i do this?
can any body guide me please

Isn't this the same question we're working on in an earlier thread in this
very group??

If so, then re-posting the question, albeit using different wording, is very

yes the same discussion. but i started these two posts with different
initiation.
i posted these this thread before i got the solution in my first
thread. i posted two threads for displaying table and other for
displaying check boxes. luckly our discussion showed me a solution for
both of my requirements. so now this thread is waste..
dont mis understand me please graham. i need help of the peoples like
