Displaying Data in one cell

It is my understanding that I can not put formulas in comments/nor ar
there any mouseover functions in EXCEL.
I need to think of a way to present data in one cell depending on whic
cell is active, if that is possible.
IF NOT are there any other suggestions

this would require VBA. e.g. using the Selection_Change event of your
worksheet. See:
