Displaying hidden data in charts

I have a table of data that I'm displaying on a chart. The table is large, so I've hidden (grouped) some of the rows. Data in those rows no longer shows up on the chart and I'd like it to be displayed.

This is easily done in the Windows versions of Excel. Can someone tell me how to do it on the Mac (version 2008)?

thanks.

One Option: Assuming the rows you want to Hide are records that have
something in common use AutoFilter to filter the data rather than hiding it.

What method are you referring to in which version of Win Excel?
